dan pagi ni check pulak akaun sebab 10hb setiap bulan komisyen jualan dari Hai-O akan masuk.

Mode : sujud syukur =)

Umpama dapat gaji bulan walhal saya buat ni untuk side income dan secara part time sahaja.

GOOD DEBT vs BAD DEBT

While many of you are happy to begin a fresh, New Year full of possibilities, others of you are losing sleep over your big, credit-card bills from holiday spending. In fact, a survey done prior to the holidays by MyFICO indicates that credit card debt is a huge worry for most consumers stating, “¼ of survey respondents will need more than three months to pay off their 2012 holiday expenses, compared to 18% in a similar survey conducted in 2010.”

If you are part of this group, stop feeling sorry for yourself. Instead, do what it takes to pay off your bills and figure out a plan so that you stop acquiring bad debt the rest of the year.

What’s the Difference Between Good and Bad Debt?

Yes, as some of you new to Rich Dad and Rich Womanmay not know, there is such a thing as good debt. (It’s not always a four-letter-word that can make your life miserable!) While the credit-card debt you may have now from holiday spending is bad debt, good debt will most likely be part of your plan to reach financial freedom. And it’s easy to tell the difference depending on what the debt is for…

Bad debt is when you borrow money to purchase clothes, shoes, a car, and other things you consume.



Once you purchase an item, that’s it. You may get instant gratification and enjoy your new purse, truck, big-screen television, etc., but your purchase does increase your cash flow. You must pay the debt yourself. This type of debt takes money out of your pocket (liability).

Good debt is when someone else pays it for you.

This is when you use other people’s money (OPM) to purchase assets. For example, if you get a loan to start a business, you use the positive cash-flow from the business to pay off the loan. Or, when you purchase a rental property with a loan, your tenants’ rent covers your loan payments.
Unlike liabilities, these purchases are assets because they put money in your pocket – when the loan payments are made and there is money left over from your investments, you create positive cash-flow.

Make a Good Debt Resolution.

If you are tired of struggling with bad debt, it’s a New Year and the perfect time to make changes in your life. Remember, as I say in "It's Rising Time!"  all borrowed money is not bad debt…

“It is what you do with the money that you borrow that makes all the difference.”

And if you have no idea how to obtain good debt, it’s time to start your financial education. Acquiring good debt is just a matter of learning how to do it and taking action. Begin with the Triple A Triangle™ of Aspire, Acquire and Apply. Set goals for this year and the future, get the knowledge you need and take action on what you learn. Then, next year at this time, maybe you won’t be paying off liabilities but cashing checks related to your assets!

mY LiFe jOUrnEY IN 2012

Alhamdulilah kita telah berangkat ke tahun baru, tahun 2013. Selamat tinggal kepada tahun 2012. Tahun yang banyak memberi pengajaran kepada saya untuk dimengertikan.

So imbas balik apa yang dah berlaku pada tahun 2012.

Bulan januari,

saya masih berkhidmat mcm biasa di Sarawak.

Sempat berpesta durian kat belakang office! lol

 Bulan Februari, 

Saya dan suami, Mr Hamdan dapat surat mengejut!

It was totally change our life actually...

Dapat surat pindah....

Tiba masanya saya berhijrah bersama2 family ke tmpt baru utk kali yang ketiga

Bye'-bye Jab Kej Petrokimia. Tempat kerja yg tenang dan aman :)

Bulan Mac. Bermula tugas tempat baru.

Menjalankan rutin dan tanggungjwab seperti biasa sebagai seorang pensyarah :)

Bulan Mac juga. Tiga kali berpindah rumah huhu penat sungguh, nak pindah sangat sekali berpindah2!

sebab nk cari tempat yang terbaik untuk keselesaan dan selamat untuk anak2. Bukan keselesaan saya dan suami sahaja yg penting kan...

Melihat sepasang putera puteri membesar membahagiakan sekali

Bulan April 2012, terbang bercuti di Langkawi 4 hari 3 malam

Bulan Mei, saya diundang oleh Senior Executive Director-SED Tee Kim Choo for Recognation Director Tupperware at Sunway Convection Centre pd 27 Mei. 

Tapi saya tak pergi hehe coz tak seronok yelah all my team tiada di sini. Lagipun emak pula bercuti ke Pulau Perhentian. Kalau tak emak mesti suka nak pergi lol.

Bulan Jun,

 saya dikenalkan oleh rakan sekolah lama tentang Premium Beautiful aka PB korset. Hehe seriously saya mmg tak tau apa benda PB. Tapi bila jumpa dan tengok

lah korset ni ke sebab pernah dgr masa kerja di Sarawak lol!

 My friend terangkan tentang marketing plan. Sy beli cash 1 set dan register sbgai ahli biasa. 

P/s: Sy mmg pakai korset since anak pertama sbb nk jaga badan :)

Bulan Julai, 

saya hadiri Kursus - Developing Your Leadership Talents. 

Kursus yg ni saya tak lupa sama sekali coz saya menangis bila buat satu speech di hadapan audience huhu. (maluuuu) 

Topik saya pilih buat saya sebak sebenarnya lol.

 but that topic made me realize something about my life.......

i don't like to write here hokey! ;p

Habis dari kursus, setelah suami izinkan

saya call member, setuju join business Premium Beautiful.

Bulan Julai -ibadah puasa Ramadhan bermula. First time sambut puasa di semenanjung setelah 4 tahun sambut di Sarawak sejak 2008. 

Berkumpul adik beradik, sanak saudara iftar bersama. BAHAGIA SUNGGUH :)

Hilang berat 6kg sebab pakai PB konsisten di bulan puasa. WOW!! Hmmm satu perkembangan positif.

Dan bulan yang rahmat ini, saya start buat PREMIUM BEAUTIFUL BUSINESS. 

Baru seminggu start business, saya berjaya jual 4 set PB.

Bulan tu juga sale Tupperware team saya jadi sky rocket. Exceed RM20k! 

Leader from KL call puji dan ucap tahniah. Alhamdulilah, rezeki.

Bulan Ogos,

 bonus masuk dari Tupperware dan Premium Beautiful termasuk bonus 

gaji- semuanya empat angka. ALHAMDULILAH SYUKUR..

Paling tinggi dari PB.

Bagi duit raya RM2k pada mak ayah. 

Change my Nokia to Samsung Galaxy Note for business purpose.

Balik Perak, sambut hari raya aidilfitri di sana.

Lemang hidangan wajib di pagi raya bagi keluarga Mr Hamdan. Mujur adik beradik ramai hero lol.

Minggu kedua raya, Qaireen kena infection pada usus. Tahan masuk wad di HSAJB.

Seminggu ambil cuti, saya dan Mr Hamdan bermalam di Hotel Seri Malaysia dan hospital. Bergilir2 jaga sampai sembuh :)

Bulan September, 

Selesai urusan pembelian rumah di Bandar Seri Sendayan. Dijangka siap 2014 

Laksanakan  zakat dan register buat pemotongan zakat melalui gaji di Pejabat Zakat Port Dickson

Bulan September dan Oktober. Dah jadi rutin hadir kelas di GLAM-Green Leader Academy Group TTDI setiap Jumaat malam untuk timba ilmu keusahawanan. Kelas percuma!

Walaupun agak penat dan terkejar2 balik kerja dari Port Dickson nak ke KL, tetapi ilmu penting untuk dipelajari.

Hadir ke Majlis Ulangtahun yg ke 20 company di Stadium Malawati, Shah Alam

 Permintaan Premium Beautiful semakin meningkat

Begitu juga Tupperware

Balik kampung di Perak, 

jelajah pusing Taiping coz tak pernah sempat buat begitu kerana kekangan cuti dan jarak jauh tinggal di Borneo masa dulu.

Bulan Disember,

Terbang semula ke Kuching, Sarawak sebab mengadakan Seminar Kesihatan di Kuching.

Business sharing dgn mereka yang berminat dan ingin tahu.

Then bought galaxy note 2 for my mother, she so happy.

Kemudahan untuk dia gunakan bila tunaikan umrah bulan februari 2013 nanti,insyaallah.

 penutup tahun 2012. 

Bawa anak-anak berjalan ke Aquaria, KLCC. 

And not forget,

senang update blog and whatassap dgn business partner and client. 

Tahun ini saya akan menginjak ke 32 tahun. bila usia masuk three series, i was growing up. I don't realize it at that time, but at 31 years of age, I was now looking for my path in life, not my next profession.

Banyak pengalaman yang saya dapat sepanjang tahun tersebut. Especially after i attend in self developement seminar. The seminar had been gentle, loving and honest evironment.

And after the weekend seminar, saya tahu inilah masa untuk saya kena berubah.

Tahun 2012 tahun penuh warna warni bagi saya.

Semoga tahun 2013 usaha akan mendatangkan lebih kebaikan, keberkatan dan kerahmatan. AMIN.
